    The Panthers released Sims (undisclosed) from the reserve/PUP list with an injury settlement Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

    Analysis: After being placed on the active/PUP list at the start of training camp with an unspecified injury, Sims was moved to the reserve/PUP list July 26.
